Lexzau, Scharbau expands warehouse business
The international logistics provider Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG, flagship of the Anker Leschaco Group with its headquarters in Bremen, recruits Michael Thomas Teschner (39) as Head of Warehousing. He will take up his work on 02.03.2009. Teschner reports directly to Jörg Conrad, the owner of the group.
(Bremen, March 2, 2009) One strategic business unit of the logistic provider in Bremen is warehouse logistics and cargo handling. To expand these segments the company hires Michael Thomas Teschner, who will advance the development of this core area. „We have to take a wide range of measures to strengthen ourselves in the crisis. The expansion of the strategic business units is definitely one part of this strategy. In the warehouse business we can see unused potential that we would like to tap. We are glad to have Mr. Teschner on board here at Kap-Horn in Bremen“, Jörg Conrad explained.
After completing his studies, with the main emphasis on industrial engineering, logistics and marketing at the University of Bremerhaven, Teschner worked in different managerial capacities in the logistics sector. He has specialized in warehouse management, his last job being at „InBev“ in Bremen.
